REFUND POLICY

REFUND- SERVICES

All sales are final and non-refundable for cash value. You may exchange your unused purchases for another treatment or package with management approval.

By booking an appointment with Healthy Glow Medical, you understand and agree to the cancellation, late and refund policy terms & conditions. 

Unopened products may be returned within 7 days for credit.

REFUND- PRODUCTS

CANCELLATIONS | NO-SHOWS

Healthy Glow Medical has a 24-hour cancellation policy.

A deposit of $75 is required to hold your appointment. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours OR for which patients are a “No-Show” will forfeit their $75 deposit. Furthermore, your deposit will be forfeited if you appear for your appointment but do not receive a service. If your appointment is confirmed and you no show, then an additional non-refundable $75 will be charged to the card on file. The only way to properly cancel your appointment is to CALL, TEXT or leave a voicemail at 407-537-9907

LATE ARRIVALS

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may affect the allotted time of the service. Your service may be cancelled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to avoid delays with other guests. We understand many unexpected situations can occur such as delays due to traffic, finding a parking spot, etc. Please plan accordingly. Anything more than 15 minutes late is subject to cancelling your appointment and a $75 fee charged to the credit card on file. Furthermore, you will forfeit the $75 deposit fee.
